Made in France by heritage cutlery brand Goyon-Chazeau, this knife set combines Le P'tit Tradi and Le Grand Tradi to offer a versatile, multi-use duo that's essential for any kitchen.

The P’tit Tradi Paring Knife is compact, nimble, and ideal for meal prep and smaller kitchen tasks. The Grand Tradi expands on the beloved P’tit design with a larger blade suited for bigger jobs, while preserving the agility and comfort of the original.

Handmade in Goyon-Chazeau’s workshop, these knives are forged from some of the finest cutlery steel available. Each features a full-tang blade construction, with the steel extending through the handle for extra strength, stability, and balance. The ebony and sapwood handles are smooth, balanced, and comfortable in hand. The striking two-toned wood ranges in color from warm honey to deep brown and is prized for for its exceptional hardness, density, and natural water resistance.

Please note that due to variations in the wood, the coloration of the handle may vary from knife to knife. Yours may look slightly different than the photo. 

Care:  

  • We recommend washing these knives by hand with a soft sponge.
  • Do not leave the handle in prolonged contact with water or a heat source.
  • Wood-handled knives should never go in the dishwasher. 
  • Wipe off as soon as washing is finished, and store in a dry place.
