Founded in 1862, Heim Soehne originally processed tortoiseshell to be made into fine combs. In the 1930s, they transitioned to using materials that were less detrimental to the tortoise population. Over 160 years later, this 6th generation family-run company continues to embrace form, material, and quality. Instead of mass-producing products using injection molding, they use hand-crafted methods to create beautiful acrylic flatware and serveware in a rainbow of colors.
