Use

This stovetop maker is compatible with induction, gas, and electric stovetops. For directions, check out our Gemini Espresso Maker Use Instructions.

If using an induction burner, the 3.5" base of the espresso maker must cover at least 60–70% of the induction burner surface for the cookware to be detected and for the magnetic sensor to engage properly. Therefore, we recommend using an induction burner no larger than 5" in diameter.
Care

Do not allow the Gemini to sit on a warm burner or induction surface after the espresso has been dispensed. Leaving an empty vessel on the heating surface can cause corrosion of the inner surface of the boiler.
