Gabriel Chef's Knife
A knife to tackle it all, the Gabriel Chef’s Knife is a versatile kitchen essential for cutting, chopping, and mincing all kinds of ingredients. Designed for everyday food preparation, it delivers clean, precise cuts with ease.
Handmade in Goyon-Chazeau's workshop, this knife's 6.5" blade has a slight curve, allowing for a natural rocking motion while cutting. The X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is hardened to 54-56 HRC, and its full-tang construction extends the steel through the handle for added strength and balance.
The distinctive jennywood handle offers a comfortable, ergonomic grip, while its rich, high-contrast wood grain gives each knife a unique character—all backed by the reliable craftsmanship and performance of Goyon-Chazeau.
Goyon-Chazeau's Gabriel & Solange line is named in tribute to the company's founders Gabriel Goyon and Solange Chazeau, who believed that food becomes beautiful when it is prepared with love, even if it is simple. Crafted in the family atelier, these knives carry their spirit forward, and the packaging is even inspired by the wallpaper that hung in their kitchen.
