Meal prep is made simple with the Gabriel Paring Knife from Goyon-Chazeau. Designed for precise cuts and detailed prep work, this versatile knife features a durable X50CrMov15 stainless steel blade for reliable everyday performance.

This paring knife features a striking jennywood handle with a comfortable, ergonomic grip and a distinctive golden-brown-bronze grain that makes each piece unique. Its full-tang construction provides added strength, balance, and stability, while the sharp stainless steel blade delivers clean, consistent cuts for everything from mincing garlic and herbs to trimming fruits and vegetables—perfect for cooks of any skill level.

Goyon-Chazeau's Gabriel & Solange line is named in tribute to the company's founders Gabriel Goyon and Solange Chazeau, who believed that food becomes beautiful when it is prepared with love, even if it is simple. Crafted in the family atelier, these knives carry their spirit forward, and the packaging is even inspired by the wallpaper that hung in their kitchen.
