This rainbow trout is slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood, then topped with a punchy red chimichurri. It's caramelized on the outside and buttery and flaky on the inside, with smoky depth, fresh herbs, and a bright, tangy kick.
The trout is expertly raised on an ASC-ceritifed sustianable farm in the Danish countryside, where aquaculture standards are among the highest in the world. It's fed a GMO-free, nutrient-rich diet, then hand-packed at a micro-cannery just outside of Copenhagen.
