The 1.5 mm-thick stainless steel blades are titanium coated, allowing for long-lasting sharpness and smooth cuts on everything from newsprint to thick paper and cardboard. Use

To open, remove the cap and lower the sliders on each handle to release the handle loops. Place your fingers in the loops, then gently pull apart to open the scissors.

To close, push the scissor handles together to their shut position. Raise each slider to tuck the loops into the handle. Place the cap back on the scissors to keep the blades protected.
