To celebrate the third year of their partnership with Fly by Jing, Fishwife has released a gold-label, limited-run of Smoked Salmon with Sweet + Spicy Zhong. Their founders (Jing and Becca) first developed this product three years ago and have been in love with it ever since!
Sweet & Spicy Zhong is a complex, sweet and savory chili sauce. This tin is a flavor-packed smash of Fishwife's caramelized, tender, and campfire-y smoked salmon and Fly By Jing's sweet, tangy, spicy and umami-rich Zhong sauce.
