Premier Forged 6" Chef's Knife

Regular price $159.99

The Chef’s Knife is the workhorse of the kitchen. Its broad blade dices, slices, and chops fruits, vegetables, and meats while keeping knuckles up and lifted away from the cutting board. Measuring 6", this knife is perfect for those who find an 8″ or 10″ chef’s knife to be too large— just the right size for a compact home kitchen and can still tackle almost any task!

Made from the very best German steel, Lamson's full-tang Premier Forged blades are polished and sharpened in their Massachusetts facilities. Handles of exotic imported hardwoods are assembled to the blades with triple rivets and then the knives are processed and sharpened to perfection.

Key Features:

  • Signature Craftsmanship: Meticulously formed in Lamson's Massachusetts facilities, each of their knives is finished to perfection using state-of-the-art technology coupled with hand finishing as well as proprietary polishing and sharpening processes.
  • Unmatched Blade Quality: Blades are precision-forged from the finest high-carbon Grade 4116 stainless steel from Solingen, Germany, using the traditional hot-drop method. Blades are then tempered and ice-hardened to a perfect 58 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. This results in a hard, wickedly sharp blade that retains an edge for longer and is both highly corrosion-resistant and elastic.
  • Ergonomic Handles: The infused walnut handle is designed to be comfortable in the hand while in use.
  • Superior Handling & Cutting Performance: Full-tang blades with triple-riveted handles ensure ideal balance and weight. Lamson's combination machine and hand-sharpening processes ensure a consistently sharp and durable edge.
  • Lifetime Warranty: Every Lamson product comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Guaranteed Reliability: Lamson's Sharp for Life™ program supplies a lifetime of complimentary professional sharpening on every knife they make.

Please note that the Lamson logo imprinted on the blade may differ slightly from the photo. This is due to recent updates to the Lamson logo and does not affect the quality or authenticity of this product.
