In 1946, Yvonne and Raymond Audebert opened a small summer candy stand called Les Niniches in Quiberon, Brittany, where they sold long caramel lollipops made with local cream, salt, and butter. That seaside stand grew into La Maison d’Armorine, a family-run confectioner still known for making sweets with local ingredients and traditional methods.
