K5 Stainless Steel Chef's Knife
One tool to slice, dice, and chop it all. Inspired by the traditional Japanese Gyuto, the K5 Stainless Steel Chef’s Knife combines precision with professional performance in a single versatile essential.
Crafted using Windmühlenmesser’s dry fine-grinding technique, the 7" blade achieves a refined, razor-thin edge—a hallmark of Japanese Gyuto knives. Lighter than its Western counterparts, the K5 delivers speed and agility, while a subtle blue-glazed finish ensures lasting durability. Its gentle curve helps prevent food from sticking.
The plumwood handle, sourced from the Rosaceae family, offers a sturdy, ergonomic grip with rich character and coloring. Nuanced tones—from light brown-rose to dark brown-violet—lend one-of-a-kind beauty, while the knife’s balanced design makes every step of meal prep effortless, from chopping and filleting to carving.
