Happy Tradi Chef's Knife

Cut through crusty bread, ripe tomatoes, and tender fruits with ease with this micro-serrated Happy Tradi Chef's Knife by Goyon-Chazeau. Its fine teeth slice cleanly through both delicate and firm foods—making everyday cooking prep effortless.

Handmade in the Goyon-Chazeau workshop in Thiers, France, this knife is crafted from one of the best cutlery steels available: Sandvik X46Cr13 steel enriched with carbon. Renowned for its edge retention, hardness, and corrosion resistance, this stainless steel blade is built to stand the test of time in your kitchen.

The ebony and sapwood handle is smooth and comfortable in the hand, as any frequently reached-for tool should be. The two-toned wood has marked shades ranging from honey to brown. Also called Mozambic ebony, it is the hardest, densest, and most waterproof of all raw woods.
