Effie's Cocoa Oatcakes

When only chocolate will do, reach for these crisp and lightly sweet Cocoa Biscuits. Malted cocoa, crisp layers of oats, and toasted coconut are combined for turned-up flavor. Top with a dollop of mascarpone and fresh berries or a bright marmalade. Makes a great crumbled topping for ice cream, too.

Ingredients:  wheat flour, butter, oats, cane sugar, organic barley malt extract, dried coconut, cocoa (processed with alkali), water, kosher salt, baking soda, turbinado sugar
