Somerville Chocolate began as a chocolate CSA in Somerville, MA, with the goal of involving people in the experimental process of bean-to-bar chocolate making. These bars, which were born from some of their CSA “harvests”, represent a selection of truly unique small-batch chocolate, showcasing a variety of roasts, origins, and inclusions.
