Hajime Japanese Chestnut Chopsticks

This pair of wooden chopsticks is hand crafted in the Wakasa region of Japan, an area with over 400 years of chopstick-making tradition. Made from Japanese chestnut wood, these utensils feature a squared shape for improved grip and a natural beeswax finish that highlights the wood’s warmth and gentle texture. These are simple, thoughtfully made tools designed for everyday use. They come wrapped in an attractive black paper package suitable for gifting.

Care: Hand wash. Store out of direct sunlight to avoid discoloration. Due to the nature of the beeswax coating, abrasive sponges or cleaners are not advised. Do not leave wooden utensils in standing water; do not leave them to soak in the sink. Not dishwasher safe.
