The Aegean ocean lies between Greece and Turkey and is home to the Aegean island Chios, where the spice mastic is harvested almost exclusively.
This versatile sea salt blend combines delicate, crunchy Cyprus salt with the piney scent of mastic resin, thyme, and lemon peel. Refreshing and bright, it's perfect for adding to a bread crumb topping for fish, or for adding to roasted vegetables, dips, dressings or even a bloody Mary.
