The Bacanha line of organic syrups is crafted in France using artisanal methods and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Each variety gets its unique flavor from natural extracts — no synthetic flavors or additives are used.
Instead of beet sugar, Bacanha uses pure organic cane sugar, chosen for its cleaner taste and its ability to let natural flavors come through. These syrups are a smart alternative to overly sweet, artificial mixers, and work just as well in cocktails as they do in non-alcoholic drinks.

from The Essential Cocktail Book
1.5 oz dark Carribean rum
0.5 oz lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz orange juice
0.25 oz grenadine
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice, citrus wheels, and/or mint sprig.
