Lycksele Wool Socks
Öjbro's Lycksele Wool Socks are knit in Sweden using pure new Merino wool and feature a pattern inspired by traditional Nordic designs. Thoughtful design features like reinforced heels and toes plus the addition of spandex for shape retention complement the softness and warmth of Merino.
The Lycksele pattern draws from the “Västerbotten dräll” weave, a technique rooted in the cultural traditions of the Sami people. The design incorporates traditional Sami colors and pays tribute to Lapland’s rich textile history—particularly in the Swedish city of Lycksele, a historic settlement in the region.
