Use: For cold comfort, place packs in the freezer for at least 30 minutes prior to using. If leaving in the freezer long term, be sure to place in mosture-safe container to sheild from drips or spills.
For warm comfort, place pack on a microwave-safe plate and transfer to microwave. Warm for 20 seconds and carefully test temperature before using. Other warming alternatives include a dryer or towel warmer.
To add an aromatic experience, you can drop essential oils onto the corners of the insert, spray it with pillow spray, or else add an aromatic balm to your skin before placing the pack over it.

Care: Outer slipcover can be machine washed. Machine wash in cold water, tumble dry on medium heat. Gentle detergent only - no bleach. Warm iron if needed.
