Suri Mortar Bowl + Surikogi Stick

A suribachi is a common cooking tool in Japan, used for grinding and mashing food. The raised pattern inside the ceramic bowl facilitates grinding, without destroying texture. The wooden surikogi stick acts as an effective pestle.

Suri bowls can be used for making guacamole, or for blending herbs and spices.
