Lemon Curd

Sweet and tart, luscious lemon curd brightens scones, toast, gingerbread, poundcake, and greek yogurt. Mix with whipped cream as a tart filling or a dip for other fruit. Or try this Lemon Squares recipe from Sidehill Farm.
