Vena's Fizz House

An all natural spirit infusion kit to flavor your alcohol without chemicals, preservatives, or high fructose corn syrups. Put a spin on classic cocktails by infusing your base liquor with one of Vena's infusion jars made with freeze dried fruit, herbs and bitter sugar cubes. All of the ingredients have already been expertly paired; the only thing to do is add the alcohol. 

Campfire Bourbon - Orange, lapsang souchong tea, vanilla bean, organic cane sugar, bitters

Sweet Heat Tequila - Strawberry, jalapeño, citrus, organic cane sugar, bitters

Sea Rose Gin - Organic rose buds, apples, orange, bitters and organic cane sugar

Cran Cherry Vodka - Cranberry, cherry, citrus, clove, organic cane sugar 

Maine Margarita Tequila - Blueberry, citrus, organic cane sugar, bitters

Blackberry Stinger Bourbon - Blackberries, orange, ginger, organic cane sugar, honey, bee pollen

Sunshine Sipper Vodka - Lavender, lemon, organic cane sugar, honey, bee pollen

Cafe Lua Vodka -  Coffee By Design® coffee and espresso beans, spices, vanilla, organic coconut sugar, organic cane sugar

Blushing Grapefruit -  Cranberry, grapefruit, lemon, lime powder, organic cane sugar and/or honey, bee pollen

Shipwreck Rum -  Strawberry, banana, mango, pineapple, kiwi, citrus, spices, organic cane sugar, bitters

Apple Crate Rum -  Apple, lemon, spices, organic cane sugar and molasses

INFUSION METHODS

  • THE FAST WAY: Pour suggested alcohol into a pot on stove and bring just to a boil. Carefully pour hot spirit into jar over infusion ingredients. Put lid on tightly, give a good shake, let cool (usually about 30 minutes), strain and enjoy!
  • THE SLOW WAY: Add suggested alcohol to your jar and let it steep for 5-7 days. Give it a good shake, taste, and when it’s to your liking, strain and enjoy!
