Hobonichi Techo HON A6 2026 - Hiroko Kubota: Waiting on the Chord

The Hobonichi Techo HON A6 has the same contents as the Techo Original, but in a built-in matte hardcover, so it can be used without an additional cover. This design, Waiting on the Chord, is part of Hobonichi's collaboration with Japanese illustrator Hiroko Kubota—featuring whimsical imagery of cats sitting on piano keys in a luscious, green field. The year 2026 appears on the front cover and spine.

Like all Hobonichi planners, the HON has a thread-stitched binding that lays flat when open, and features Tomoe River paper—thin yet strong to keep the profile slim. Inside are the same daily spreads as the Original, each with a quote at the bottom, plus monthly and yearly calendars. Pages are color-coded by month for easy navigation. An A6 pencil board is included, offering a firm writing surface, straight edge, and page marker in one.
