Hibiscus offers a tangy, bittersweet flavor reminiscent of pomegranate or cranberry, while yuzu—a fragrant Japanese citrus—resembles grapefruit with hints of mandarin orange. Together, they create a bright and tart flavor that makes a refreshing addition to your bar cart or pantry.  

Suggested pairing:
