Use: Use at room temperature or microwave briefly for approximately 10 seconds to provide warm soothing relief and enhance the aromatherapeutic affects of the lavender. To refresh scent, add lavender oil to the corners of the insert. The eye pillow can also be kept in the freezer for cooling comfort to the forehead or eyes.
