Massachusetts-native and WWII Veteran Gordon Crane developed the recipe for this dressing during his time in Paris after the war. With a satisfying tang and lots of garlic, his French dressing is delicious on mixed salad greens, drizzled over a Salade Niçoise, or used as a marinade. It is still manufactured in small batches right here in Massachusetts.
