Adding bitters doesn't always result in a strong bitter flavor. Instead, bitters help accentuate other tastes, like sourness or sweetness. Packed with roots, barks, fruit peels, seeds, spices, herbs, flowers, and botanicals, they were traditionally used as cure-alls for everything from indigestion and the common cold to hangovers.

Think of bitters as the "spice rack" for all your beverages—cocktails, mocktails, craft sodas/seltzers, toddies, teas & coffees. Just add a dash or two to introduce complexity and depth to your drink of choice!

  • Smoke: alcohol, lapsang souchong tea, orange peel, pink peppercorn, cascara buckthorn, meadowsweet, horehound, sassafras, black malt, gentian root, black pappercorn
