Ginger Peach Iced Tea, No. 35

A decidedly fruitful pairing of Indian and Sri Lankan black teas joined with the earthy essence of ginger, peach and nectarine. A perfect pick for all seasons. Deep, rich, rewarding and unimpeachably delicious over ice. 

Tasting notes: peach cobbler, caramel and ginger

Materials: black teas from India and Sri Lanka, ginger root, peach and nectarine natural flavors

Specifications: 12 1-quart sachets

Use: 

Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil (212°F) and pour 2 cups over sachet.
Steep 5 minutes, discard sachet and top off to one quart with filtered water. 
Stir briskly and serve over ice.

Prefer to cold steep? 

COLD STEEP DIRECTIONS:

  1. Using freshly drawn filtered water, steep 1 quart-sized sachet in 2 ¾ cup (660mL) water. Due to the extraction process differing during cold steeping, please note less water is needed than with hot tea brewing.
  2. Simply place in your refrigerator for 7.5 hours.
  3. Remove sachet and enjoy.
