Pump Street Don Ramon's Farm Chocolate

This unique chocolate is made from rare Peruvian white cacao, known as Piura Blanco, native to this region.

Don Ramon processes beans from his 120-year-old farm in the village of La Pareja and is the founder of the local growers association. 

This dark chocolate is brimming with fruity sweetness and notes of bright lemon sherbert, blackberries, mellowing to toffee apple and almond.

Tasting Notes: blackberry, warm spices, ripe peach

Pump Street's Don Ramon's Farm Chocolate is the winner of an International Chocolate Award, receiving Silver in the category of Single Origin Dark Bar.

Materials:  cocoa beans, cane sugar and cocoa butter Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 72%.

Made in a facility that also handles dairy, gluten, nuts, and seeds.
