Although this isn't one of the most glamorous kitchen tools, it is extremely useful. When drippings from a roasting pan are poured into the Fat Separator, the fat rises to the top. The juices stay at the bottom, where the opening for the spout is, allowing them to be poured out. It's the first step in making some amazing gravies and reductions.
Like all of our Trendglas JENA products, the Fat Separator is heat resistant and microwave and dishwasher safe.
