The Superior Labor’s Personal Binder Organizer is a timeless heirloom piece, designed to be a trusted companion for your everyday organizational needs. Handcrafted from premium natural leather, it features an integrated Krause binder that accommodates B6 inserts.
Inside, the cover includes a variety of pockets to hold business cards, tickets, and loose papers, while a built-in pen loop keeps your favorite writing instrument secure and protected. The Superior Labor's "Standard and Strong" logo is embossed on the inside, as well as their motto "We take pride in craftsmanship and never skimp on time and effort", serving as a reminder of their commitment to quality.
The exterior is intentionally minimalist, with clean lines and reinforced stitching for lasting durability. A simple strap-and-loop closure ensures the binder stays securely shut while remaining easy to open. Inside, we'll include 100 sheets of high-quality 120gsm refill paper to get you started.
Over time, the natural leather will soften and develop a rich patina, telling the story of its journey as your everyday carry companion.

Specifications:
The Superior Labor uses natural leather, which will develop scuffs and scratches over time. This is an intentional material choice and adds to the development of the leather's character and patina. Some scuffs or scratches may occur during the manufacturing process and therefore may be present when you receive your item.
Natural leather will vary in color, thickness, and texture. Photos show a close representation of these elements, but there may be slight variation in the finished product you receive.
As this item is made by hand, some (slight) variation in the above measurements may be expected.
Care: Exposing the leather to water may lead to stains or color transfer.
Further Reading: As a child, Makoto Kawai would drill metal in his grandfather's workshop, where he associated the smell of burning iron and oil with the industry of hardworking adults. He eventually became an auto repairman himself and later worked at a secondhand clothing wholesaler. In the mid-90s, a trip to America to buy clothes led him to meet a leather craftsman, sparking his interest in leatherwork. In 2007, he founded The Superior Labor. His experience in auto repair has influenced the brand's manufacturing and their mission to take pride in craftsmanship and never skimp on time and effort.
