Premier Forged 3.5" Spear Tip Paring Knife

Made from the very best German Steel, Lamson's full-tang Premier Forged blades are polished and sharpened in their Massachusetts facilities. Handles of exotic imported hardwoods are assembled to the blades with triple rivets and then the knives are processed and sharpened to perfection.

This Classic Paring Knife is among the most versatile kitchen tools. Ideal when close control of the blade is required, such as when peeling, mincing, cleaning, and cutting small vegetables.

Features

  • Signature Craftsmanship - Meticulously formed in Lamson's Massachusetts facilities, each of their knives is finished to perfection using state-of-the-art technology coupled with hand finishing as well as proprietary polishing and sharpening processes.
  • Unmatched Blade Quality - Blades are precision-forged from the finest high-carbon Grade 4116 stainless steel from Solingen, Germany, using the traditional hot-drop method. Blades are then tempered and ice-hardened to a perfect 58 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. This results in a hard, wickedly sharp blade that retains an edge for longer and is both highly corrosion-resistant and elastic.
  • Gorgeous & Ergonomic Handles - The infused walnut handle is designed to be comfortable in the hand while in use.
  • Superior Handling & Cutting Performance - Full tang blades with triple-riveted handles ensure ideal balance and weight. Lamson's combination machine and hand-sharpening processes ensure a consistently sharp and durable edge.
  • Lifetime Warranty - Every Lamson product comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Guaranteed reliability - Lamson's Sharp for Life™ program supplies a lifetime of complimentary professional sharpening on every knife they make.
