With its three-piece design and rounded bottom, it swings smoothly in your hand as you grind. Inside, the cast iron is naturally seasoned with Swedish organic canola oil for long-lasting performance without synthetic coatings. Outside, a black lacquered finish helps prevent stains.

Use: 

• Remove the top, place dried spices in the base, replace the top, push down, and twist clockwise with one hand while holding the base with the other. 
• Cast iron mills like this one are best for grinding dry spices. Avoid high-moisture spices, citrus, and salt, which can cause rust and corrosion.

Care:  Each piece arrives pre-seasoned with organic canola oil and is ready to use.

• Hand wash only—no soap needed.
• Dry thoroughly and apply oil after each use to prevent rust.
• Re-season as needed to maintain a rich, nonstick patina.
