This large dual-sided Niwaki combination stone is ideal for sharpening kitchen knives, pocket knives, or utility knives. It features #1000 grit for general use on the red side, and #3000 grit for finishing on the yellow side. With regular use, it helps keep blades sharp, efficient, and ready for everyday tasks.

Use:
- Soak stone for five minutes before use. Splash with water during use to keep wet.
- Hold the blade at approximately a 15° angle and draw it evenly across the stone using steady, consistent pressure. Work along the full length of the blade to maintain an even edge.

Begin with the #1000 side (red) to reshape and sharpen the edge for general use. Once the blade is sharp, finish on the #3000 side (yellowish brown) to refine and polish the edge.
