Elderflower Tonic

Jack Rudy's Elderflower Tonic is a floral cocktail mixer with a full body and bold finish. It pairs perfectly with a number of richer spirits like tequila, bourbon and rum, while still acting as a reliable companion to the finer gins of the world. 

Organic dried elderflowers were added to Jack Rudy's original tonic recipe, and the amount of quinine was increased to bring balance to the final product. Enjoy it in a classic G&T, or with aged rum and a twist of citrus. 

Ingredients:  quinine, blend of botanicals, real cane sugar, elderberry

In a shaker tin with ice combine:

1.5 oz. Bourbon
0.5 oz. Jack Rudy Elderflower Tonic
0.5 oz. Giffard Pamplemousse Pink Grapefruit Liquer

Shake and strain into into rocks glass with one large piece of ice. Garnish with a Bourbon Cherry.
