Enamel Measuring Jug: Floral Design
Handmade in Austria by Riess, this enamel jug can be used for measuring liquids while cooking and baking, but is attractive enough to be used as serveware too. The inside is marked with measurements in liters — both decimals and fractions. Outside, it’s decorated with hand-painted flowers. A convenient handle and a spout make for easy pouring without messes.
We also sell an enamel lid that's compatible with this jug.
All Riess enamelware features a rim where the enamel meets the edge of the iron, leaving it exposed. This is intentional, and the nature of the manufacturing process imparts slight variation on each piece. Each piece is also hand dipped and as such, your piece may also have small spots where the finish is thinner, particularly at edges or corners. This is expected and will not affect the performance of the piece. Always dry your enamelware thoroughly and it should remain rust free. Should rust form, it can easily be removed with dishwashing soap.
