A note about fit: Most of our product testers (BGS associates) have hand circumference measurements under 8" (see instructions for measuring below) and find the medium to fit most comfortably. Hand circumferences over 8" would probably fit best in a large.
To measure your hand: Use a flexible measuring tape to measure around the widest part of your hand, typically just below the knuckles and above the thumb. Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight. We recommend a medium for measurements below 8" and large for measurements above 8". Does your hand measure exactly 8"? You could go either way depending on whether you prefer a snug fit or a little extra room!
