Magic Salt is a smoky, sultry creation from the Curio kitchen that will bring magical flavor to all of your meals. Made by accident, as some of the best discoveries are, this blend quickly became a Curio staff favorite—and it's one of our favorites as well! 

Featuring notes of sun dried tomato and sweet roasted bell pepper, this tangy, smoky mix of chiles and salt perks up everyday favorites like avocado toast or eggs (any style). It's also delicious on corn on the cob.

Use

We love this seasoning paired with roasted summer squash, cocktails, eggs, avocado, and beef. Or, try out Curio's Magic Salt Chocolate Cookies, Grilled Skirt Steak with Magic Salt, or Magic Salt Butter!

When making eggs or tofu, 'bloom' Magic Salt in butter or oil before adding the eggs/tofu. Alternatively, bloom the Magic Salt in oil/ghee/butter to drizzle over a dish before serving.
