Island Creek x Mariscadora Octopus a la Gallega

Saucey gang, rejoice! This octopus is responsibly fished using traditional methods before getting cozy in amber-hued olive oil infused with warm spices "a la Gallega", a classic Galician preparation. Toothy and rich, this seafood eats more like the dark thigh meat of a free-range chicken. It's like being served dinner by your long lost Galician grandparent.
