This A6-size Hobonichi Techo Book Original is a page-per-day planner designed to be used with a Techo Book Original Cover, sold separately.
Hobonichi's planner books are thoughtfully crafted planners with design features that have been carefully chosen based on years of customer use and feedback. Every detail is intentional, from the width of the grid lines to the rounded page corners. The thread-stitched binding reinforced with flexible materials allows the book to lay flat when it’s open without sacrificing durability.
One of the most significant features of the Techo Book Cousin is the paper that is used. Tomoe River paper is thin but strong, meaning the book can contain many pages without being overly bulky. Furthermore, Tomoe River is suitable for use with many kinds of pen, including fountain pens. Ink will not feather or bleed on this smooth, high-quality paper.

The Hobonichi Techo is a system that consists of a planner book and a cover. Covers are sold separately so that you can customize your Techo and interchange covers as new ones are released. We offer two sizes: this Techo Book Original (A6) and the Techo Book Cousin (A5). Each size has a variety of covers to choose from.
We also offer the Hobonichi Techo Book Weeks as an alternative to the book/cover system. The Techo Book Weeks is a non-removable cover and planner in one. It features a week-per-page format in a long, wallet-sized book and is therefore slimmer than the Cousin or Original.
