Use: Brew to your taste using either method listed below.
Gongfu-style steeping (recommended)
- 4g tea
- 100 mL water at 100°C
- Steep 30 sec, then 35 sec, adding 5 sec with each subsequent steep
Western-style steeping
- 2.5g tea
- 8 oz water at 90°C
- 4 minutes (or to taste)
- Re-steep at least twice
