- sun-dried
Use: Brew to your taste using either method listed below.
Gongfu-style steeping (recommended)
- 5g tea
- 100 mL water at 100°C
- Steep 60 sec, then 70 sec, adding 10 sec with each subsequent steep
Western-style steeping
- 3g tea
- 8 oz water at 100°C
- 7 minutes (or to taste)
- Re-steep at least twice
