Use

Brew to your taste using either method listed below.

Gongfu-style steeping (recommended)

  • 4 g tea
  • 100 mL water at 100°C
  • steep 30 sec, then 35 sec, adding 5 sec with each subsequent steep

Western-style steeping

  • 2.5 g tea
  • 8 oz. water at 90°C
  • 4 minutes (or to taste)
  • re-steep at least twice
