Winter White Honey

As dreamy and creamy as freshly-fallen snow, Savannah Bee Company's Winter White Honey is made from Rocky Mountain wildflower nectar that crystallizes into a frost-like state. As air bubbles try to escape after the honey is whipped, a delicate foam forms on the surface. The result is a spreadable honey with a smooth texture that's delightful for a multitude of uses. Harvested only a few days each year, it’s only available during the winter months, and once we are sold out, it wont be back until the holidays. Stock up while you can!
