Midnight Black Beans

Regular price $10.95

A classic and versatile pantry essential, Rancho Gordo's Midnight Black Beans hold their shape through long, slow cooking, while maintaining their signature creamy interior.

Midnight is a true black turtle bean, celebrated for its rich flavor and creamy texture. With a thin, delicate skin, Midnight beans absorb aromatics beautifully, creating a flavorful black bean broth that perfectly complements simple rice. They can also be strained and tossed into salads with your favorite greens, while the leftover broth makes a flavorful base for soups—or even for poaching eggs.

Suggested uses:  salads, chili, refried beans, dips, soups, pot beans, Brazilian feijoada
