Koshimasu Stainless Steel Server
Koshimasu means "to strain" in Japanese. This 500 mL stainless steel server from conte is a reliable everyday kitchen tool, serving many purposes beyond measuring. It comes with a removable lid and fine mesh strainer, and features interior markings in 50 mL increments for easy portioning.
This server can be used for mixing salad dressings or marinades, as the strainer keeps garlic cloves or large spices from splashing onto your salad. The lid can be placed on when storing leftovers in the refrigerator.
Without the mesh strainer, the server can be used as an oil pot, or as a pitcher for frothing milk, as it accommodates most handheld frothers and mini-whisks.
