Although it isn't the most glamorous cooking tool, a fat separator is incredibly useful in the kitchen. When drippings from a roasting pan are poured in, the fat rises to the to while the juices settle at the bottom near the spout, allowing for easy pouring. It's the first step in making a delicious gravy or reduction. 

Borosilicate glass is heat resistant and microwave and dishwasher safe. The non-porous surface doesn't retain stains or odors and won't leach chemicals into your food, making it a cleaner, longer-lasting alternative to plastic.

Care

Wash before use. This fat separator is dishwasher safe—but if hand washing, our smoothie straw brush is small and flexible enough to fit inside the spout for cleaning.
