Codfish in Olive Oil and Garlic

For a long time, the tradition of salting and drying cod was the only method of preserving cod that was given any merit in Portugal. Gradually, enthusiasm for canned food started to increase. Caught in the waters of the Atlantic, this cod is prepared in traditional Portuguese ways, using olive oil and garlic.

Produced on shared equipment and may contain traces of fish, eggs, gluten from wheat, and crustacean shellfish.

Use:  Consume immediately after opening. No further heat treatment is necessary. Refrigerate leftovers in a closed container for up to 2 days.
