This blend features Iniya Cardamom from Tamil Nadu, Aranya Pepper from Kerala, Makhir Ginger from Meghalaya, Lucknowi Fennel from Uttar Pradesh, and Kandyan Cloves and Peni Miris Cinnamon from Kandy, Sri Lanka—creating a bold, aromatic spice mix for deeply flavorful chai.
Crafted through years of collaboration—spanning sourcing trips, conversations, and partnerships across three continents—this chai masala brings warmth, spice, and complexity to every cup.
Note that this spice blend (masala = a blend of spices) does NOT contain tea. We recommend pairing it with black tea, like Diaspora's Chota Tingrai Black Tea.
