Use

For safe shucking, use a protective glove or folded towel to shield your hand from slips. Keep the knife pointed away from your body and work on a stable, non-slip surface. Never use excessive force if an oyster is difficult to open.
Care

Not dishwasher safe. Hand wash and towel dry soon after washing.
